One vision, one team
To be Calgary’s most trusted facility management and operations service provider. Our purpose is to match our customer’s vision of their properties with an enthusiastic, experienced, and friendly hard working team.
To be the premier facility management and operations provider for all of Alberta through our growing investments in adaptable technologies and technical training.
Through trial and error, this is the philosophy we have come to embrace. Our success is only contingent on providing the best service, with the best partners, and with the best intentions.
Our expertise in building systems: be it heating, ventilation, automation, security, life safety – we know there is more than the bricks and mortar. We want to understand businesses and the people behind them. We want to help provide comfortable environments where our community members work, learn, live and play.
In 2008, Epic started supporting the property management industry by providing building operators and maintenance personnel in the growing industry. After taking part in the BOMA awards committee, a need was evident in the building operators niche that modern solutions were needed. Though Epic still supports its friends with vacation coverage and sick leave, the company has since expanded to find its true calling. With investments in education, training, and technology, Epic has grown into a successful facility management and operations company offering full facility service.
For the past 40 years, Brian has been involved in all aspects of the facility and property management industry, and has gained extensive experience in the areas of Building Construction, Service and Operations.
